Women President: The Women President's Prize (Alice Varley) will take place on this Sunday September 10th. Consequently there will be no men's competition on that day. The Women President's Prize to the men will take place on this Wednesday September 6. We will have an singles competition on Friday and Saturday September 8th and 9th. The men's club wish Alice, the very popular lady president, and her family every good wish for her big day.

Club Classic: The Club Classic Scramble, held at the weekend in excellent weather, was a great success with over 50 teams competing. At the presentation of prizes on Sunday evening captain Martin Slattery thanked the main sponsors Eanna Jones (PGA professional), Breo Jewellers and Abbey Machinery; all the team sponsors, tee box sponsors and members for taking part.

Club Fourball 2023: The Club fourball is now down to the semi-final stage stage. Jim Gleeson and Billy Burke will meet TJ Burns and Pat Murtagh; Donal Keogh and Peter Kennedy are up against David Lewis and Stephen McDermott. Matches to be played before 18th September.
