Fundraiser for Ukraine: The profit from the Wednesday open singles, in conjunction with a fundraiser for Ukraine, came to €1000. This amount has now been forwarded to the Irish Red Cross. Thanks to all the members and visitors who helped with this venture.

Sympathy: The sympathy of the club is extended to the family of the late Denis Corkery who died last week. Denis was a member of the club from the 1980s to the recent times..

Club Singles (O'Keefe Cup): The qualifier for the club singles took place recently and the draw was made and is posted in the locker room. The first round to be played by April 19th. Top player on the draw sheet to arrange match. Play from the blue markers. Full difference in handicaps to apply.

Jimmy Bruen: If you wish to represent the club in the Jimmy Bruen please put your name and mobile number on the sheet in the locker room. To be eligible to play you cannot be below 3.5 from 1st January 2021 to 1st January 2022. The selectors are Ray Hurley and Liam O'Gara. Nenagh's first match will be against Castletroy on May 29th.

Pierce Purcell: Toddy Hogan and Jim Gleeson are the selectors for the Pierce Purcell this year. Put your name and mobile number on the sheet in the men's lockeroom if you wish to be considered for selection on a panel. The handicap limit is 10.5 and upwards. You must be over 18 years of age. The first match will be against Ballyneety on May 15th.

Duggan Cup: The Duggan Cup is a fourball foursomes competition for men 50 years and older. If you are interested in representing the club in this competition please put your name on the sheet in the lockeroom. Nenagh's first match is away to Birr and to be played before 22nd May. Sean McLoughlin and Bernard Delahunty are the selectors.

Fred Perry Cup: If you wish to represent the club in the Fred Perry Cup please put your name and mobile number on the sheet in the locker room. Handicap limit is 28 and below. This is a fourball competition confined to players over the age of 55 on 1st January 2022. The selectors are Michael Hegarty and Eamon Callanan. Nenagh's first match will be away to Castletroy on May 8th.

Central Towns: If you wish to represent the club in the Central Towns inter-club competition please put your name and mobile number on the sheet in the locker room. This is a singles match play competition for golfers not less than 11 handicap on January 1st. The selectors are Mel Gleeson and Billy Morgan. Nenagh's first match will be away to Tullamore, to be played before May 15th.

50/50 Members' Draw: The fortnightly 50/50 Members' Draw in aid of the club development fund is ongoing. In the draw held on Saturday April 2nd when lady captain Julie Barkman won €125 with the total pot at €245. To enter simply put €5 in the envelope supplied and place it in draw box outside the pro shop. Please support. The next draw will take place on Saturday April 16th.
