Golfer of the Year: Next weekend we have the third Golfer of the Year competition. You may play on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Pierce Purcell Shield: The Pierce Purcell Shield team had a 4-1 win over Rathbane in their second round match at Nenagh at Sunday evening. The Nenagh team was; Paul Moloney and Garry Howard; Bill Duff and Jim Gleeson; Brian McGrath and David McGrath; Dom O'Brien and Matthew O'Gara; Ger Clifford and Dinny Ryan. Well done to the team and manager Ray Hurley. They will now meet the winner of the match between Shannon and Adare.

Moore Cup: The Moore Cup is an inter-club team competition for golfers with a handicap index of 17 to 21. If you are interested in representing the club in this competition put your name on the sheet in the men's lockerroom. The selectors are John Hackett and Bernard Delahunty. The first match will be away to Portlaoise.

Central Towns: If you are interested in representing the club in the Central Towns inter-club competition put your name on the sheet in the men's lockerroom. The format is five singles matches. The handicap is not less than 11. The first match will be away to The Heath. The manager is Mel Gleeson.

50/50 Draw : The most recent 50/50 draw was held on Saturday 22nd April in which Ger Heffernan won €135 from a total pot of €270. The next draw will take place on Saturday 6th May 2023. Thanks to all members who have continued to support the draw.
