President's Prize: Club president (Jim O'Sullivan's) prize will take place this weekend. Timesheet open on Friday 2nd June from 9am-5pm, Saturday 3rd June 7pm-3pm and Sunday 4th June from 7pm to 1pm. There will be a 9 hole playoff for the top 15 and ties along with top three gross scores on Sunday evening at 6 o'clock sharp. The playoff holes will be 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 16, 17 and 18. Jim O'Sullivan has been a member of the club for a long number of years and served as captain in 2010. He is a great clubman who is always available to do his bit for the betterment of Nenagh Golf club. He has featured on numerous successful teams for the club and can be relied on when called upon to support the club. We hope Jim and his family have a great weekend and all members of the club support his big day.

New 50/50 draw Appeal: The success of this draw will depend on the support and goodwill of our members who benefit from and enjoy their golf in Nenagh Golf Club. The Fund-Raising Committee who are directly responsible for organising the new 50/50 draw is making a direct and urgent appeal to members to support this new 50/50 draw. This draw will envisage members contributing €10 a month with a single number winning opportunity while a €20 contribution will give three numbers winning opportunities. The payment system will be similar to a direct debit operation. The Sub Committee hope to have the above draw operational very shortly and request the support of all members. To facilitate the committee in organising this draw they are appealing to members to give their names to any member of the Sub Committee or office staff.

Summer Junior Golf: A series of eight one hour lessons for boys and girls (8 -18yrs) will be held at Nenagh Golf Club by Golf Pro Eanna Jones on Thursdays (6-8pm) and Saturdays (9-11am) in June, July and August, including course practice and etiquette, commencing 10th June 2023.
