Winter League: The final of the Winter League took place on Saturday where Denis Corrigan's team defeated Michael Hegarty's squad. The morning fourballs resulted Denis Corrigan 2 Michael Hegarty 1. In the afternoon singles Denis Corrigan took three of the singles to decide the match. The winning team was Denis Corrigan, Michael Corrigan, Michael Scroope, Tony Scroope, Mike Ryan B, Jerry Ryan, Alan Ryan and Liam Shinnors. The runners-up team was Michael Hegarty, Sean McLoughlin, Sean Quinn, Paul Comer, Paul Ferris, Kieran Burke, Gerry Robinson, Con O'Meara. Thanks to Tom Doheny for organising the event again this year and for all the teams that participated and had patience with the many postponements because of the difficult weather conditions during the winter.

Our Junior Boys Foursomes team put in a very competitive performance at Castletroy Golf Club this week, with Castletroy emerging as winners on the day. Panel members were: Kevin Liston, Bill Crotty, Shane Gleeson, Stephen McNamara and Harry Hunt. Their next outing will be on Friday afternoon 3rd May at home to Limerick Golf Club in the Fred Daly Singles competition.

Singles Matchplay: The draw has been made for the Singles Matchplay (O'Keeffe Cup). Top player to organise match. Full course handicap differance. Play off blue markers. All matches must be played by time allocated with no exceptions this year. The organiser is Cronan Casey 086 8663993. All first round matches to be played on Monday 13th May.
