AIG Junior Cup: The AIG Junior Cup team were in action in the North Munster area in Nenagh on Saturday. On Saturday morning they defeated Roscrea 4/1 and had a 3/2 win over Ballyneety in the afternoon. Unfortunately, on Sunday afternoon they were defeated by Adare Manor 4/1. The panel was: Michael Corrigan, Denis Corrigan Jnr., Brian Freeman, David Jones, Conor O'Dwyer, Alex Jones and James Reddan. The managers were Tony Scroope and Denis Corrigan Snr.

Tuesday Mixed: The Tuesday Mixed of 2019 commenced on May 7th and will continue every Tuesday until September. All are welcome to come along and participate in a fun evening of golf. It's a fun format and great opportunity to interact with other members. Get your names on the timesheet available in the clubhouse. Come and show your support for your vice-captains Jim Flynn and Lucy Sanders.

Singles Matchplay: There are still one second round match to be played. First named player to arrange match. Get your match played as soon as you can to ensure the smooth running of this competition.

Club Fourball: The Club Fourball draw was made recently. The pairings and rules are posted on the noticeboard in the men's locker room. Get your match played as soon as possible to keep this competition on schedule.

AIG Senior Cup: Nenagh's postponed AIG Senior Cup match with Limerick will take place on Sunday July 7 at 2.30pm in Limerick. Best of luck to the team and selectors Brian Duggan and Eanna Jones.

Moore Cup: Our Moore Cup team had a convincing win over Castlecomer in their second round match on Saturday. We had three players at home: P. J. Shanahan, Pat Boland and Tom Harty and four playing away: Matt Hanly, Dinny Ryan, Jimmy Bourke and Kevin Stritch. They now play the winner of the Royal Curragh v Edmonstown match in the quarter-final. Well done to the team and manager Bernard Delahunty.

IHCPT: The annual Vinny Savage IHCPT scramble will take place on Friday July 12. There is a timesheet in the clubhouse if you wish to play in the shotgun start at 4.45pm. You can enter online up to 11.30 in the morning of Friday 12.

Diary change: There had been a change made to the diary in August regarding the Captain's (Hugh Maher) Prize. The Captain's Prize Qualifier will now be held on Saturday August 10, Sunday August 11 and Monday August 12. The Captain's Prize playoff will take place on Saturday August 17. Societies already booked in will have to be catered for. There will now be an open singles on Sunday August 18. A scramble will take place on Saturday August 24 and Sunday August 25.
