Open Team Of Three

Team of Three 2019-20: The Team of Three competition for 2019-2020 will commence in October. Members can play Monday to Saturday, visitors can play any day excluding open days. Two teams qualify each month. If visiting team not in first two, best visiting team to qualify each month with a grand final in May 2019. Prizes: 1st - 3x €300 Vouchers; 2nd - 3x €200 Vouchers; 3rd - 3x €100 Vouchers; 4th - 3x €75; 5th - 3x €50 Vouchers. Competition fee will be €10 each for members and €20 each for visitors with re-entry in the same month €5 for members and €10 for visitors. Play off 9/10th of your handicap. Each player who enters will be included in a draw for prizes of €150, €100 and €50 at the end of the competition. You may book on-line or contact the Pro Shop 067 31476 Ext 2 or 087 2132241.

Parent Club AGM: The annual general meeting the Parent Club of Nenagh Golf Club will take place on Monday December 9 at 8,00pm in the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh.
Winter League: The draw has been made for the 2019/2020 Winter League. In Group 1 are Jodie Hurley, Christy Hartigan, Denis Corrigan, Brian Freeman. In Group 2 are George Hayes, Michael Hegarty, Cronan Casey, Robbie Foley. After the teams in each group play each other the top team in Group 1 will play the fourth team in Group 2; the second team in Group 1 will play the third team in Group 2; third team in Group 1 will play 2nd team in Group 2; fourth team in Group 1 will play 1st team in Group 2. After the group stages all matches will be knockout.
Senior Open: The Friday Seniors Open is on every Friday until the Spring. The tee will be booked from 10am to 12 noon. Play from the green markers. Members €5 and visitors €10.
Club Fourball: Eamon Callanan and Mike Ryan are in the final where they will meet Ger Clifford and Ger Ryan.
Seniors Matchplay: In the Seniors Matchplay Ger Ryan will meet Tom O'Donnell in the final.

LADIES GOLF NOTES 17/11/19

Dates for the diary. November 12H weekly Turkey competition. Week 4 22nd-28th November.1st and 2nd Prize in each category.

Nenagh Golf Club Bring and Buy/Christmas Market. It’s that time of year again this years market will be held from Tuesday 3rd Dec -Thursday 5th Dec. all donations of items would be greatly accepted. Monies raised will go towards Junior Girls and Ladies Teams.

Nenagh Ladies Christmas Lunch will take place Sunday December 1st at Nenagh Golf Club @3pm. A nice festive way to end the 2019 golfing year. Presentation of October / November competitions will take place and 2019 Medal winners. Keep the date free sign up sheet in locker room.
