Hole-in-One: Congratulations to Paul Ferris who had a hole-in-one at the 15th play in the Mogul Cup on Sunday.

This weekend: The competition for this weekend will be the Cavanagh Cup (Golfer of the Year) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 17, 18 and 19.

Fixtures: The following are the fixtures for July.

Sunday July 26: Singles.

Tuesday and Wednesday July 28 and 29: Singles Stableford.

Friday July 31: Nenagh Ormond Rugby Club Classic.

50/50 Members' Draw: The club has commence a fortnightly 50/50 Members' Draw in aid of the club development fund. Simple put €5 in the envelope supplied and place it in draw box in the Pro Shop. The winner will receive 50% of the pot. The draw will take place every second Friday.. The prize grows with every ticket sold. Please support. The first draw will take place on this Friday July 17.

Club singles: The club singles matchplay competition (O'Keeffe Cup) had resumed. The draw for which is posted on the noticeboard in the men's locker room. The first round matches to be completed by Saturday July 18 and the second round matches by Saturday August 1. Top named played to arrange match.

Pierce Purcell: If you are interested in being selected on a panel to represent the club in the Pierce Purcell Shield this year put your name on the sheet in the men's locker room. Handicap range is 11-16. The selectors are Brendan Kennedy and Sean McLoughlin. Nenagh's first match will be away to Limerick.

Jimmy Bruen: There is a sheet on the noticeboard in the men's locker room for those who wish to play in the Jimmy Bruen Shield this year. The handicap range is 5-11.4. The selectors are Collwyn Martin and Brian Freeman.

Junior Cup: If you wish to represent the club in Junior Cup this year please put your name on the sheet in the men's locker room. The handicap range is 4-7. The selectors are David Jones and Shane Hogan.
