Friday Seniors: The Friday Seniors commenced on Friday October 14 and will continue every Friday for the winter season. The tee will be reserved for senior members from 10am to 11 am. Competition over 15 holes. Play from the green markers. Entry fee: Members €5, visitors €10. Put your entry fee and card in the box in the men's locker room.

Winter League: The Winter League 2022-2023 will be run on a league basis for the first five rounds of 14 hole singles. Eight players per team. Entry €40 per team. Any player wanting to play on a team contact Tom Doheny in the office. Five of the eight team members to play on the weeks assigned as qualifiers. You can play on any day of the qualifying week. Play as many times as you like but only the best score to count which will also count to the weekly competition. Top eight teams to qualify for knockout matchplay.

The fixture dates up to Christmas for 14 hole open singles weekly competitions will be:

Week of 7th-13th November (winter league qualifier);

Week of 14th-20th November (winter league qualifier;

Week of 5th-11th December (winter league qualifier).

Fixtures dates for 14 hole open fourball competitions:

Week of 21st-27th November (open fourball)

Week of 12th-18th December (open fourball);

Sunday 4th December: Christmas mixed competition.

AGM: The annual general meeting of the men's club will take place on Friday 11 November at the clubhouse at 8 pm. Notices of motions and nominations for officers must be with the secretary before Friday 21st October.

Special 50/50 Members' Draw: The fortnightly 50/50 Members' Draw in aid of the club development fund was held on Saturday 15th October when Billy Gaffney won €125 with the total pot at €250. To enter simply put €5 in the envelope supplied and place it in draw box outside the pro shop. The next draw will take place on Saturday 29th October.
