Club Fourball: The draw for the club fourball was made on Wednesday 1st July and is posted on the noticeboard in the men's lockerroom. In the preliminary round George Hayes and Philip Jackman will play Michael Fahy and Michael Tierney; Liam O'Gara and Tom O'Gara v John Hickey and David Hickey; Denis Sherlock and Charlie Cavanagh v Liam Culhane and Ger Carroll. These three matches to be played by14th July. Junior Cup: Our Junior team was in action in Charleville at the weekend. They overcame Ballyneetyon Saturdaymorning 4-1 with Michael Scroope, Tony Scroope, Michael Corrigan, Ray Hurley and Michael Walsh in action.On Saturdayafternoon Alex Jones, Robert Ward, Michael Corrigan, Ray Hurley and Michael Walsh won against Adare. Unfortunatelyon Sundaythey lost out in a very tight match against Limerick. In actionon Sundaywere Michael Corrigan, Tony Scroope, Michael Walsh, Ray Hurley and Alex Jones.
